This blog post is about how to make super easy Instant Pot Short Ribs.

Easy Instant Pot Short Ribs
One of the easiest and tastiest recipes I make for our family. Who am I kidding? I only make easy tasty recipes during the week. Most nights I'm wiped and this recipe only required me to throw everything in an Instant Pot for at least 90 minutes. Using minimal ingredients, this is a perfect throw and go meal ready for you when you get home.
This easy Instant Pot Short Ribs is a family favorite and as a busy parent I always appreciate a protein rich meal that my toddler is guaranteed to gobble.
As a toddler mom it's always important to me to offer nutrient dense whole proteins to my toddler. While she doesn't always eat it especially when there's rice or mac n' cheese on the table, I know my job is to present it to her and make it readily available. It's her decision on what she'll eat and how much of it.

Tips
We enjoy the short ribs with coleslaw in the warmer months and roasted veggies during the cooler months.
This recipe also keeps well for leftovers the next day.
Make sure to save the short rib bones to make your own bone broth later!
