This blog post features my salmon patty recipe with canned salmon

Eat Your Salmon
Salmon is one of my favorite foods. Literally, I will go weeks eating air fried salmon all day everyday. Best part is salmon is one of the most nutrient dense foods on the planet.
With a complete protein profile of around 17 grams per 3 ounces, plus the protein and fat will satisfy your hunger and keep you fuller longer.
Salmon is also loaded with omega 3 fatty acids, something a lot of Americans are lacking. High in EPA and DHA which helps with excessive inflammation, can help lower blood pressure, may prevent cancer, and helps cellular function of the cells that line your arteries.
This wonder fish is also loaded with selenium which helps protect bone health and decreases thyroid antibodies which can benefit those dealing with autoimmune thyroid disease.

New recipes are a gamble when it comes to my 1 year old. Don’t get me wrong, she has a very developed palette and will try anything once. We never pressure and always have a favorite food served with any new recipes we try. Even still I was absolutely shocked at how much Lilian enjoyed and devoured this salmon patty recipe with canned salmon. She had one and half patties and danced her way through devouring them. Nothing makes me happier than seeing her joy for delicious foods, especially salmon.
I served the salmon patty recipe with canned salmon along with fresh greens and homemade spicy mayo. This recipe also makes a great burger or beef up any salad with a patty smashed into your mixture. Get creative!
