Starbucks Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam Recipe
The weather starts to chill, days become shorter, and pumpkins are everywhere. Hello fall. It wasn’t till the last few years where I enjoyed fall and found the weather and festivities fun and enjoyable.
Part of my love for fall was discovering Nespresso Pumpkin Spice Melozio pods. When those are in store, our house gets excited for the smells of fall and all the festivities to come.
Thanks to TikTok, this year we discovered the Starbucks Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam and became obsessed with it. The delicious foamy vanilla texture with a hint of pumpkin spice and sugary garnish is such a treat.

Why Make It At Home
However at just over $5 a cup it adds up. I swear they add something in there that has you hooked and wanting more. My husband and I are coffee lovers and made a pact to only order these delicious fall coffees on the weekends because at over $10 a trip Starbucks was sucking us dry.
The nutritionist in me was also a little concerned with how much sugar and other ingredients were in the cold foam recipe. While I support all foods having a place in our lives, it’s not the greatest to be drinking your calories and carbs all the time.
Notes on This Recipe
The recipe below isn’t the lowest sugar option, but it’s a bit simpler and you can adjust the condensed milk ration based on your nutritional needs and taste. If you are truly sugar free, try using a vanilla monk fruit sweetener instead of the condensed milk. Play around with alternatives.
We make a batch of this recipe and keep it in the fridge for up to 4 days. You can quickly foam up the batch by whipping it a bit before adding it to a cold brew coffee.
Starbucks Cold Brew
Starbucks typically makes a pumpkin cold brew to go with the pumpkin cold foam alternatively you can also pick up a jug of Starbucks cold brew at your local grocery store or any other unsweetened cold brew you prefer.
We are using cometeer coffee pods for this recipe for a quick single serving cold brew.
